Description/Blazon
Upon an orange field with white lace borders ornamented with two miniature drumsticks below center a replica of the Signal Corps regimental insignia in proper colors between a blue edged white scroll with the inscription "U.S. ARMY SIGNAL CORPS BAND" and three campaign streamers.  Beneath the streamers is the Philippine sun and blue disc.

Symbolism
Orange and white are the colors traditionally used for Signal Corps units.  The Signal Corps regimental insignia appears on all the regalia pieces and underscores the band's special designation.  The Philippine sun, palm trees, and blue disc, simulating a globe, symbolize the unit's war service in the Philippines.
